Bio

Rohan is the Director of Enrollment Management and Financial Aid at Friends Select School in Pennsylvania, where he leads strategy to build inclusive, mission-aligned school communities. An alumnus of George School, he previously served as Director of Admission there, advancing efforts to enroll and support diverse student populations.

He spent five formative years at St. Mark’s School (MA), holding leadership roles across admission, financial aid, and community & equity, including Acting Director of Community & Equity Affairs. He began his career at The Taft School (CT) as an Admissions, Global Service & Scholarship, and Multicultural Affairs Fellow.

Rohan is a Principal Consultant with The Glasgow Group and a founding member of the National Diversity Practitioners Institute (NDPI). He is also the Founding Chair of My Brothers’ Keeper: A Retreat for Men of Color in Education, supporting the professional growth and sustainability of educators of color.

He serves on the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS) Commission on Accreditation and previously chaired the faculty search committee for the NAIS Student Diversity Leadership Conference (SDLC). He is a trustee of Newtown Friends School and Far Hills Country Day School, and co-chairs the Enrollment Management Association’s Enrollment Management Leadership Council (EMLC). He also contributes to ASSIST, the Clarity Advisory Group, and the Cradle of Liberty Council.

Rohan’s work has been recognized with the Enrollment Management Association Rising Star Award (2021) and the Change Our Future Game Changer Award (2024).

He earned a B.A. in African American Studies from Temple University, an M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an Ed.D. from Vanderbilt University. He remains active in mentorship, supporting students and alumni through programs including Penn’s School Leadership Program.
