Dr. Dave Weiner joined the Pacific Ridge community in July of 2025 from The Kehillah School in Palo Alto, California, where he was Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management. During his time there, he transformed the admissions office into a true enrollment management operation, which resulted in increased freshman and transfer enrollment. David started his career in education as an undergraduate admissions officer at the University of Rochester, where he recruited students from around the country and helped lead the Rochester Early Medical Scholars (REMS) program, a competitive B.A./B.S./M.D. program. David has over 15 years of experience working in independent schools in a variety of roles, including as a history and psychology teacher, registrar, director of college counseling, academic dean, and division head. He holds a master's in education from Johns Hopkins University and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickleball, going to the gym, and reading The Economist to stay abreast of world events.
